Conditions of packaging, supply and quality
Gad Seeds are happy you have chosen us as your seed producers.
- Both General Sale Conditions and the I.S.F. Conditions will apply all orderers, unless otherwise agreed upon.
- Gad seeds can pack and supply customer seeds in bags according to customer request.
- All seeds are sent ex warehouse Haifa unless agreed differently. Gad Seeds and customer will decide on shipment arrangements.
- Customer is invited to visit the production fields and cleaning facility. We request to receive notice of visit prior to arrival.
- Gad Seeds can provide up grading services for customer varieties.
- Stock seed will be delivered to Gad Seeds free of charge.
- Germination/purity certificate issued by the Israeli Plant Directorate (ISTA-member) shall be valid.
